Nutrient deficiency testing
I got (most of my) blood work back! The good news is that I’m pretty darn healthy… Thyroid is great, I’m not at all anemic, metabolism seems good and apparently my antioxidant levels are awesome! Goals for the next few months
Yoga - 3 times per week. I have a bad habit of skipping if I’m stressed or busy at work, but that’s when I need it the most!
Lifting - 2 times per week. But I have to do a real warmup beforehand. I have a tendency to still be a bit cold when I start upping the weight, and it’s only luck that I haven’t injured myself yet…
Walking - I walk my dog most mornings, but...

What makes you feel great about yourself?
Hm. I think the number one thing that makes me feel great about myself is when I have a lot of energy. Physical, mental, whatever. I just feel like I can do ANYTHING! Runner up would be having the right answer when I need it. I loooove knowing the answer. Even if it’s the silliest thing to know, if I happen to have the answer on hand I just want to give myself a medal or something. :D

What are your favorite things to do in the past?...
Past: reading, reading reading! dancing (ballet), puzzles of all sorts, messing around on the computer.
