Here’s my master plan of daily yoga pictures of myself to spam everyone with for the next 30 days. :) Some of these poses are ones I’ve posted pictures of before, so I can compare how I’ve improved… or not. I’ve also picked a question each day that I’ll post a (short!) answer to.

Portrait/Logo

28 years old, 5'5", 150 lbs, living near San Francisco.

I've been perpetually injured and tired and have finally admitted that I need to concentrate on overall health and wellness. I'm focusing big time on food quality, posture/alignment, and stress/sleep management.

I danced ballet growing up, then got big into ultimate frisbee in college and became a gym rat. I'm currently devoting my time to lots of yoga, long walks with my dog, and eating good quality unprocessed foods.
