I wasn’t expecting that much of a difference from my picture from three months ago, but I’ve been really working on not overarching my back, and it’s definitely making a difference. yay!

28 years old, 5'5", 150 lbs, living near San Francisco.

I've been perpetually injured and tired and have finally admitted that I need to concentrate on overall health and wellness. I'm focusing big time on food quality, posture/alignment, and stress/sleep management.

I danced ballet growing up, then got big into ultimate frisbee in college and became a gym rat. I'm currently devoting my time to lots of yoga, long walks with my dog, and eating good quality unprocessed foods.
